Day Six: Our last full day. Started with a visit to the New British Normandy Memorial at Gold Beach. Here was a chance to see my Great Uncle David McKirdy, commemorated on one of the columns. Then it was on to Juno Beach and a coffee before we visited Pegasus Bridge. Finishing the day looking around the recently expanded Merville Battery Museum. Excellent!
